Tom McGraw, Glenn Diegel and Tommy Landa acted as legal counsel for Atwater Brewery on all aspects of it's recent sale to Tenth and Blake Beer Company, the U.S. Craft Beer Division of Miller Coors. Former Atwater owner Mark Rieth and his team continue to run the day-to-day operations. Other breweries in the Tenth and Blake Beer Company portfolio include Jacob Leinenkugel Brewing Company, Terrapin Beer Company and AC Golden Brewing Company. At the time of the sale, Atwater was among the five largest brewers of beer in the State of Michigan.
