raitiChris Raiti’s is a partner at McGraw Morris P.C. He specializes in the areas of police liability defense, municipal litigation, civil rights defense, zoning and land use law, and business disputes, as well as drafting municipal ordinances. He also works on employment, Freedom of Information Act, Open Meetings Act, and no-fault and personal injury cases. Chris also represents a number of small businesses in their general corporate, leasing and employment matters. Chris sits on the Litigation Advisory Board for the Institute for Continuing Legal Education (ICLE) and is a member of the ICLE Deposition Skills Workshop faculty.

Chris graduated cum laude from Wayne State University Law School in 2005. He received his B.S. from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro, graduating magna cum laude in 1997. Prior to law school, Chris worked as a software developer and software consultant to automotive suppliers in Southeastern Michigan. Chris also interned with Magistrate Judge Paul J. Komives of the United States District Court – Eastern District of Michigan. Chris was also an active member of the WSU Law School Moot Court, receiving the individual award as the Best Brief Writer, as well as placing second with co-counsel in the 2004 Moot Court Law Day Competition. Chris remains active as a WSU Law School Alum, judging annual Moot Court competitions and the 1L appellate oral arguments.
